Buckeye Immediate Care/Emergency Dental

Buckeye immediate care was a life saver for us. We were in town visiting family and my husband wasn’t feeling well and a relative said the only place that they knew was open on a weekend was Buckeye Immediate care. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. My husband was treated, given a prescription and was given instructions to follow up when we got home; the payment was reasonable and we received detailed information to send to our insurance company to get a refund. Thank you, thank you! 🙏

I had a great experience here. I went in for a toothache, and the entire process was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about everything from the beginning. They made me feel comfortable and took care of me without a long wait. I definitely recommend this urgent care if you’re looking for quality care and excellent customer service!

I had a great experience with my dental assistant from the moment I walked into the office. She was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and professional throughout the entire visit. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable, answered my questions, and helped ease my nerves during a stressful situation. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out, and she made a difficult appointment much more manageable. Employees like her are a huge asset to your office, and I truly believe she deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

I had such a wonderful experience at Buckeye Immediate Care in Columbus, OH. Chantel and the entire team are absolutely wonderful. These days, it can be so difficult to get an appointment with a primary care doctor quickly, especially when you’re really not feeling well and need to be seen urgently. Buckeye Immediate Care makes that process so much easier. The level of medical professionalism here is truly top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, well-versed, thorough, and genuinely caring. I felt listened to, taken care of, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Buckeye Immediate Care for both sick visits and wellness visits. I was also excited to learn they offer urgent care for dental needs as well, which is amazing and not something you commonly see at urgent care centers. Such a great resource for the community!

I am very thankful for Dr. Truong and his team. I needed emergency treatment for an infection and received great care. Everyone there is kind, professional, efficient, and helpful. I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning (I couldn't wait for an upcoming appointment because the infection was progressing rapidly) and be seen very quickly, and the entire procedure was taken care of including medications I would need for recovery. I'm so glad to know they are there and appreciate the help they gave me.
